Can I customize the wording, font, or layout?
Yes. Each product includes customization fields on the product page. If you want a custom layout or special request that is not listed, please email hello@thewelcomeco.ca
Can I see a mockup before you make my sign?
Yes. A digital mockup will be emailed to you for review. Production begins only after you approve your artwork.
How long does it take to make my sign?
Our current processing time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date you approve your artwork. This may vary depending on how quickly you respond to your mockup email.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Rush orders are completed within 1 week of artwork approval. Rush processing speeds up production only. Shipping time is separate and depends on your location.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
Do you ship to the USA?
Shipping to the USA is currently paused due to high duty and import costs. We hope to reopen US shipping in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. If you are located in the GTA, you can pick up your sign in Etobicoke. The exact pickup address will be shared by email after your order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Because all items are handmade and personalized, we do not accept cancellations. Please ensure all information provided is accurate before submitting your order. Once you approve your mockup, the design will be created exactly as approved.
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please review your mockup carefully before approving.
Do the signs come with a stand?
No. Sign stands are not included
